RecordingFees.com launched October 1, 2007. Recordingfees.com is the only online service which provides free, accurate real estate document recording fee information for all of the registries of deeds offices in the United States. Specifically geared to meet the needs of title insurance professionals, quarterly we validate changes in recording fees in order to ensure that our information is accurate and reliable.
Simply select the state, county, and document you wish to be recorded, then fill out the proper attributes. You’ll instantly get the fee that the registry of deeds charges, as well as address and contact information. It’s as simple as that and it’s completely free.
